Preheat the grill or oven to 480°F (250°C)
- Using a sharp knife, slice the turkey breast in half, but not completely. Fold it over, placing saran wrap on top, and using a tenderizer begin tenderizing the turkey breast to flatten it out evenly.
- Add cheese and bell peppers and begin rolling your stuffed turkey pinwheel, securing with butcher string. (PRO TIP: Leave about 2” empty of stuffing. As you roll, the ingredients push down, giving you space)
- Coat with your poultry rub, or just use salt and pepper.
- You can either grill the breasts as a whole or cut them into your pinwheels. Grill until the center of the breast reaches 165°F (74°C) with a meat thermometer. Enjoy!
