Directions
Preheat the oven to 325°F. Place frozen turkey roast on a roasting rack and brush with the melted butter. Place in the oven and cook for 3.5 hours or until roast is cooked to internal temperature of 165°F/74°C.
- Add brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, ginger, garlic, apple cider vinegar, scotch bonnet hot sauce and whiskey to a small saucepan. Season with salt to taste.
- Simmer sauce for 3 minutes or until slightly thickened.
- Brush the glaze over the turkey and return to the oven for an additional 30 minutes. Remove the roast from the oven, loosely cover with tin foil and rest for 15 minutes. Then slice into ½ inch slices.
