Mayo-Rubbed Turkey Roast

Ingredients

1 Butterball Naturally Inspired Seasoned Boneless Turkey Breast Roast ½ cup mayonnaise 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp kosher salt ½ tsp black pepper 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove frozen Butterball turkey roast from wrapper and leave inner netting on. 

  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Spread mayo mixture over roast to coat completely. 
  3. Place roast on a roasting rack in a shallow roasting pan. Roast uncovered for 3 to 3 ½ hours. Check for doneness by inserting a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the roast. The internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C. 
  4. Remove roast from oven and let it rest for 10 minutes. Carefully remove netting, slice, and serve.
