Turkey BLT Salad with Chipotle Buttermilk Dressing

Salad

1 Butterball Easy Fresh bone-in turkey breast, cooked and sliced2 handfuls cherry tomatoes1 small avocado2 hearts of romaine lettuce, washed and torn into bite-sized pieces4 strips of bacon, cooked and chopped

Chipotle buttermilk dressing

½ cup mayonnaise or full-fat Greek yogurt¼ cup buttermilk1 tsp. chipotle powder½ tsp. lemon juice1 garlic clove, minced or pressedSalt to taste

Salad

Directions

  1. Assemble salad ingredients into two bowls

  2. Combine dressing ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend well
  3. Serve dressing with salads
