Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Place frozen turkey roast in the centre of a roasting tray, and rub all sides with olive oil. Place in oven and bake for 3 hours.
In a saucepan, add honey, orange juice, lemon juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, butter, rosemary, and grated ginger. Simmer for 4-5 minutes on medium heat until slightly thickened. Set aside.
After 3 hours, remove turkey from oven and brush glaze all over. Return to oven, and continue baking for an hour.. The roast is ready when the internal temperature is 165 °F. Allow resting for 10-15 minutes before removing netting and slicing.
