Preheat your greased grill to medium heat.
- In a mixing bowl combine the napa cabbage, carrot, peppers, and scallions. Drizzle on the soy sauce, vinegar, olive oil, and sesame oil. Toss well to combine then set aside.
- Cook your burgers from frozen. Place the burgers on the grill and cook for 7 - 9 minutes. Flip your burgers, then spread on some of the teriyaki sauce on to each burger and cook for another 7- 9 minutes. Place a slice of cheese on each burger for the final 2 minutes of cooking, ensuring the internal temperature of the burger reaches 165°F/74°C.
- place your burger buns on the grill to toast for 1-2 minutes per side
- Remove burgers and buns from grill. Spread some mayo on each side of the toasted buns, then top with the lettuce, followed by the cooked burgers. Put on some of the slaw, and some extra teriyaki sauce if desired. Enjoy!
