Children’s Online Privacy
Exceldor Cooperative takes the issue of children’s online privacy very seriously and is very concerned with protecting the Personal Information of children. We do not solicit or knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13.
In the exceptional occurrence where a child under 13 may make a specific request that results in Exceldor Cooperative obtaining the child’s contact information, we will use the contact information for the sole purpose of responding directly on a one-time basis to the child’s specific request. Parents are encouraged to regularly monitor and supervise their children’s on-line activities.
Transfer of Data To Canada
Terms and Conditions of Use. If you are located outside of Canada, please be advised that any information you provide to us will be transferred to Canada and that by submitting information, you explicitly authorize its transfer. Children under the age of majority in any jurisdiction outside of Canada should not provide Personal Information without their parent’s consent.
