COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Cook from frozen

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Remove all packaging.
  3. Place frozen turkey, breast-side up, on rack in roasting pan.
  4. Brush with oil.
  5. Bake uncovered on middle rack 3.5 – 4 hours, until thickest part of turkey reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let rest, covered loosely with foil, 10 minutes before slicing.
  7. Cook from thawed

    1. Thaw for 36 hours in refrigerator.
    2. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
    3. Remove all packaging.
    4. Place turkey, breast-side up, on rack in roasting pan.
    5. Brush with oil.
    6. Bake uncovered on middle rack 3 – 3.5 hours, until thickest part of turkey reaches 165°F (74°C).
    7. Let rest, covered loosely with foil, 10 minutes before slicing.
    8. Clean up: Wash hands, utensils, and work surfaces with hot soapy water and disinfectant.
