Cut Butterball Turkey Breast into bite-sized chunks.
- Add panko breadcrumbs to a food processor and pulse until fine.
- Spread breadcrumbs into a single layer on the baking sheet, add olive oil and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown (350ºC/660ºF).
- Combine all the dry ingredients in one bowl (baked panko, salt, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder).
- In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, coconut milk and apple cider.
- Coat Turkey breast chunks first in the egg and then in the dry mix.
- Air fry your turkey nuggets for 15 minutes at 205ºC/400ºF, until golden brown and crisp.
- For the sauce, simply mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Serve nuggets with the sauce and garnish with green onion.
