Directions
In a food processor, combine feta cheese, honey, and fresh basil leaves. Blend until smooth or for about 5 minutes. If necessary, scrape down the sides of the food ensure everything is well combined.
- Combining chopped parsley, chives, mint, and basil. Add paprika, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
- Lightly brush the Butterball turkey burgers with vegetable oil. Cook the turkey burgers according to the package instructions or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Spread the prepared feta and basil sauce on the bottom half of each burger bun. Place a leaf of lettuce on top of the sauce and add the cooked turkey burger patty.
- Add the summer herb chimichurri sauce over the patty and top with red onion slices.
- Place the top half of the burger bun on the onion slices to complete the burger. Enjoy!
