Preheat your oven to 325°F. Pat dry your thawed turkey and mix melted butter with Za’atar, sumac, salt, orange zest and juice, rosemary and thyme and set aside.
- Stuff turkey with onion, garlic, halved orange, and fresh herbs. Brush butter mixture evenly over the turkey.
- Use the Turkey Calculator on butterball.ca to determine cook time based on the weight and type of turkey, and when ready, internal temperature should read 165°F/74°C in the breast and 180°F/82°C in thigh on meat thermometer.
- Remove turkey from oven and allow to rest for about 15 minutes before carving. Enjoy!
