Directions
Mix olive oil, melted butter, and minced garlic in a large bowl. Add grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and parsley, stirring until well combined.
- Cut the Butterball turkey roast into 1 1/2-inch cubes and add to the marinade; toss to coat. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Remove turkey from the fridge and thread the cubes onto skewers. Arrange the skewers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast the turkey in the oven for 20-25 minutes, turning the skewers halfway through cooking. The turkey should be golden brown and cooked through, with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- (Optional: if you don’t use parchment, you can broil them for the last few minutes to get nice crispy bits.)
- Allow skewers to rest for a few minutes before serving with lemon wedges on the side.
