Lemon Garlic and Rosemary One-Pot Dinner

Ingredients

 Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
1 lb Butterball Easy Fresh turkey drumsticks1 Tbsp. lemon juice1 Tbsp. dried rosemary2 cloves garlic, minced1 Tbsp. paprika½ tsp. salt and freshly ground black pepper2 tsp. vegetable oil2 cups diced potatoes1 cup diced onions2 cups green peasGarnish: diced chives

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). In a medium sized bowl, whisk together lemon juice, rosemary, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper and oil.

  2. Rub half of the spice rub onto the turkey drumsticks.
  3. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, mix together remain spice mixture, potatoes and onions.
  4. Place turkey on top of the potatoes. Bake for 40 minutes. Stir in peas and bake for another 5 minutes. Serve and garnish with diced chives.
