Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F. Place frozen turkey roast on a roasting rack and brush with oil, without removing the net. Place in oven and cook for 3 hours.
- Mix marinade seasoning ingredients and chop vegetables.
- After 3 hours, remove turkey from the oven and brush with half the seasoning. Return to the oven for an additional 30 minutes or until the roast reaches an internal temperature of 165°F/74°C.
- Mix the rest of the seasoning with vegetables, spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and place in oven for 45 minutes.
- Remove roast from oven and let rest for 15 minutes. Cut roast into slices and serve with the vegetables. Enjoy!
