So-Cal Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

 Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
6 Butterball Turkey Burgers6 buns, toasted1 1/2 cups pico de gallo1 1/2 cups alfalfa sprouts6 slices Havarti cheese1/4 cup pickled jalapenos1 avocado, sliced

Sauce:

1 cup ketchup1 cup mayo2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  1. Using your Ninja Woodfire Grill, grill your Butterball Turkey Burgers for 7-9 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165˚F/73˚C. Place the cheese on the burgers for the last few minutes of cooking to melt.

  2. While your burgers cook, prepare the sauce by whisking together the ketchup, mayo, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder - then spread liberally on the tops and bottoms of each toasted bun. Add the sprouts, followed by the turkey burger with cheese, then the pico de gallo, pickled jalapenos, and lastly the sliced avocado. Top off and enjoy!
