Directions
In a large saucepan, heat olive oil, garlic, and chili flakes over medium. When garlic is browned, remove and add turkey ham and red onion. Stir regularly and increase heat to medium high, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
- Add tomato paste, cooking for an additional minute, then add passata. Season with a pinch of salt and bring to a gentle boil. Reduce and simmer sauce until thickened.
- Cook spaghetti in a separate pot of salted water. Add some pasta water to your sauce to loosen, then add the cooked spaghetti directly into saucepan with the sauce.
- Add cheese and stir until all is combined. Plate each portion and top with more freshly grated cheese. Enjoy!
