Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add halloumi cheese, and sear for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove cheese and cook Butterball Turkey Bacon in the same pan for 5 to 6 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
- Add butter to the pan on medium-low and reduce for 2 to 3 minutes. When browned, add blood orange juice, honey, and mustard, along with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to a measuring cup and add red wine vinegar. Whisk well to combine.
- Add kale, endive, blood orange slices, blackberries, seared halloumi cheese, crispy Butterball Turkey Bacon, and hazelnuts to the platter. Drizzle on the brown butter vinaigrette and enjoy!
